The first Sushi Plus store was opened by Tik Pearse in 2016 with a mission to offer fresh, affordable, quick-service sushi and rice bowls. The store was a great success and two more stores and a wholesale supply were added.

Having moved to beautiful Terranora in 2023, Tik saw a wonderful opportunity to set up a fourth Sushi Plus store and to compliment the other wonderful offerings at the Pavillions Marketplace.

With over 25 years experience in the food industry and Tik’s passion for Japanese and Asian food, she is super excited for Sushi Plus to be contributing to the vibrancy and attractiveness of the Pavillions as an eating destination for the whole family.
